Fast ROI by design.
We agree what success looks like before we start, we time-box the work, and we report value every week. If a pilot does not meet the agreed targets, you will know early, and you will not be asked to scale it.
The method in six steps
- Ask. We begin with questions: what outcome would make AI worth it for you this year, and who must sign off?
- Agree the targets. Baseline, target, measurement method and data owner are signed off by the business sponsor, and by finance where relevant, before kick-off.
- Time-box. A fixed length and a narrow scope, such as one department and one process. Value therefore shows early.
- Report weekly. A one-page value report against the agreed targets, in a format the sponsor can forward.
- Decide. A go/no-go gate at the end of every pilot: scale, adjust or stop, decided on the evidence.
- Plan the scale-up. A successful pilot ends with a costed plan to scale.
Why a method and not a number?
An ROI percentage that is true for someone else’s company says little about yours. So we do not publish ROI multiples, percentages or payback periods. We commit to something you can check: that the target is written down before we begin, that the result is measured the way you agreed, and that the decision to continue belongs to you.
Risk, compliance, data protection and procurement colleagues are welcome at the table from the first week, because they decide whether a good pilot is allowed to scale. For the engineering side, our spec-first programme is designed around traceability and the requirements of the EU AI Act.
Common questions
How do you measure ROI?
Against the baseline and target your business owner signs off before the work starts, using the measurement method and data owner named in that agreement.
What if the pilot misses the agreed targets?
You will know early, and you will not be asked to scale it. The go/no-go gate exists for exactly that situation.
